He referred that Cusco citadel had "an enormous impact on Pablo
Neruda's musicality and view" reflected in his tenth book of poems
"Canto General" allowing the Peruvian wonder to be known by poetry.
Likewise, he proposed mayors and authorities of the other world's
wonders to come to Peru next year for marking this important date.
